The Rates
The Food
Whether you want a conference for 20 or a venue to hold your AGM for 200, we will be happy to advise you on which hall is most suitable and what options are open to you.
Each hall has the following facilities which are included in the room hire or DDR (Day Delegate Rate
- Tables and chairs set up to your specifications
- Screens which can be used to create break out rooms if you require
- Free plug in broadband
- Free wireless broadband
- A P/A and music system with a wireless microphone
- A laptop
- A screen
- A projector
- A flipchart
- Satellite television
In addition there will be access to the following, which will be charged at a standard rate if used.
- A cordless telephone
- A photocopier
- A fax machine
- A good quality printer
We want to make things as easy as possible for you so that you can get on with your work in a relaxed environment. If there is additional equipment that you require, please ask our conference co-ordinator if we can get it in for you. We’d be happy to help.
Day Delegate Rate (DDR) - £25 per person incl. VAT
What you get with the DDR
- Use of the chosen Hall between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
- Use of all the Facilities listed on the previous page.
- Coffee, English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Camomile, Peppermint teas and biscuits on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
- Mineral water, mints, and a bowl of fruit in the conference room.
- Notepads and pens for all the delegates.
Book our DDR and a lunch of your choice (see The Food) and there is no room hire fee.
Should you wish to hire the room only, the rates are as follows:
- Bakers 9am – 5pm £600
- Cutlers 9am – 5pm £1,500
At Brasserie Blanc we are renowned for our passion for food, and we all know it is much easier to work on a well fed stomach.
We offer several ways to keep your delegates happy and productive.
- We can prepare a special finger lunch or ploughman’s to be served in the conference room.
- We can have a finger buffet, a hot buffet, or a hot and cold buffet specially set up for you in the halls.
- We can prepare a ploughman’s or a set menu to be served in the Brasserie if you require a change of scenery for your lunch time break.
- For smaller numbers we can reserve a table for you in the Brasserie and your delegates can order a la carte.
- If your conference runs over several days you may wish to choose a different option for each day.
We would also be happy to organise dinner, pre-dinner drinks and canapés for your delegates should they require it.
